How to Use Essential Oils:

When using essential oils for your romantic evening with your partner, make sure you are using them safely! Essential oils are highly concentrated oils and can be hazardous if you are not paying attention to the essential oil grade. If your oils are therapeutic grade, then they are only use the oil for aromatherapy (i.e. in a diffuser) or on skin ONLY if you mix with a carrier oil first. Some carrier oils you can use are jojoba, coconut or argan oil.

If you are looking to give your partner a romantic massage, we would suggest using either a coconut or castor oil and mix in a few drops of an aphrodisiac essential oil for scent.
