| How to Use | Diffuser: Add 5 drops Peppermint and 6 drops of Eucalyptus. Sugar Scrub: ½ cup Sugar (white or brown) ½ cup Coconut or Jojoba Oil, 5 drops of Peppermint,and ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. Cleaning Spray: Add 15 drops of Eucalyptus, 15 drops of Lemon and 25 drops of Peppermint, to ¾ distilled water and ¼ grain alcohol in a 8 oz spray bottle. Shelf Life: When stored in a dark cool environment, Peppermint Oil will have a shelf life of approximately two years upon opening. Safety Information: Topical and aromatic use only. Do not use on children, if pregnant, and keep out of pet's reach. May cause skin or mucous membrane irritation. Use a 1-2% dilution for topical use. Avoid using with children under 5 years of age. Peppermint can raise blood pressure. Contraindicated in case of cardiac fibrillation and for G6PD deficiency. Older, oxidized oil can increase the potential for skin irritation. Always test for skin sensitivity prior to use. Do not ingest orally and keep out of eyes, ears and nose. Excessive use of any oil can lead to sensitization. |
