Redeeming Gift Cards

As of March 15, 2017, the artnaturals website has been moved to a new system, which may result in customers needing to reset or create a new password. Existing passwords can be used. In addition, previously issued gift cards will need to be manually applied. Please call (855) 278-4488 to reach our customer support. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Gift card values are as good as cash when used on the artnaturals website. Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or the PIN has already been redeemed, are subject to loss. We can not ensure the safety of your gift card redemption once it has been issued.
