- Change of mind (eligible unopened items): You can either – Use our prepaid label for a $7 fee (deducted from your refund), or – Ship the item back yourself at your own expense.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Free return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
